The M_Coll material which holds the Lilypad and some other objects gave me the most trouble as I couldn't get the translucency to work, until I finally realized I had the alpha channel turned off in Photoshop, one quick reimport later and everything was working fine again.

I tried to keep it as close to Minecraft as I could.
